Recommendation? Questions about a face mill

i think i coudl go even sharper without pulling the fly cutter out of the collet. fly cutter HSS is cheap i woudl grind and test if i was you im thinking of buying more HSS and make a few more cutters

You were getting a very nice finish on that micarta. My geometry was obviously incorrect.
