PVT E-1; proud to say.
I did the usual. 2 yrs in Army schools along wth a tour with Co. F (ABN) at Ft. Rich.
Ranger and JWTC were the most useful later. Mountain was useful.
In combat I was afraid not to advance. I did not want some LT. Cally in command of me. There were plenty of them.

I would not remember anyway. There was a lot going on in and about Chu Chi. I hear there was a book.
Most in the 4th. of the 23rd. would have known of me after July 1966.
Some in the 5th. Mech. and the 3/4 Cav.
