Questions re: sheaths

I have two questions about sheaths and sheath makers.

First, I am looking for someone who can make two nice leather pouches for SAK Classics. I'd like these pouches to be of softer leather, similar to Umfaan pouches. The pouches are for gifts to folks who received these knives in recognition for outstanding contributions at their places of work. Any suggestions as to who could make these up for me?

Second, I am looking for someone who could make a multi-carry kydex/concealex sheath for my Greco Companion. I've grown awfully fond of the kydex/concealex sheaths that came with a couple of my other knives, and would like to dress up my Greco in the same manner? Who would you suggest for this project?

Thanks!

AJ

AJ:

There are any number of forumites that make leather sheaths for others. If you desire two glove leather pouches for your SAK's, I'll be happy to do so at no charge. Yeh, that's right I won't charge you (except postage). I've made some sheaths for others on the forums (for Sebenza's at no charge). Just my way of returning some good fortune that has beset me. (I was the January forum giveaway winner). Look around and if you desire, we'll discuss and go from there.

I'm sorry I don't do Kydex, but there are plenty on this forum that do.--Dan

AJ, if you will email me I will arrange for your Concealex as well. I use someone who I think is the best, and I want his reputation to grow outside of just the work he does for me. I'll pay for it. His name is Matt Draper (WaxesEloquent on the Forums). His sheaths look and feel like leather, and are the only Kydex/Concealex sheaths I like. (I'm a leatherhead most of the time, but for tacticals Matt's the man)

Dan and Jerry,

I really am humbled by your wonderful offers! This is why our community on Bladeforums is so special... despite the occassional "sibing rivalry and bickering" we really do seem to look out for each other.

Thank you both very much!

AJ

You guys are top class! Unbeleivable, thanks guys for making my day. After dealing with selfish people all the time it's a pleasure to come here.

(now about that pouch for my Terzuola ATCF)
