Zero Tolerance 0550 series, or for a little more $$, 0560.

Of the two you listed, I'd prefer the Rock Lobster, due to blade-to-handle ratio.

I couldn't pick between those two just off hand because they are so different. Personally I wouldn't get either. Lionsteel should never have put out so many Hest folders with problems - wouldn't get their stuff unless it was for very light use, just to look at, and cheaply priced. Rock Lobster isn't my style even though it is basically a stylish design based knife. I don't require a sheepsfoot blade for anything and the obscured spydie-hole is a strangely repetitive design flaw.

In that price range I would say other. Spyderco Militray, or Para 2.

Of the two you mentioned, the Rock Lobster. I don't like the bottle opener, or the thumb gouges on the Hest at all.

I will go with the HEST, because it appears to come with some sort of thingamabob that looks like a angry skull with a clown nose that got punched in the eye. And the Losbter doesn't.

That's pretty much all I can compare them on, not knowing what you expect to do with them.

I already own the ZT knives you recommended. I was trying to decide whether to add the Lobster or the Hest to the collection. Thanks.
