Hi folks
Much to my Daughters dismay I have turned my 12 year old grand daughter into a knife nut ;-)) Over the past 3 years I have made her 2 knives, a hunter/skinner and a small whittler. I have also started her off with about 15 slip joint folders ;-) She came to stay with me last week and loved the hawks I was making so I figured I'd really annoy my daughter. I whipped this off on a few hours on her last day of visiting. She wanted purple ;-(( and dyed the sheath herself. Pics are a bit dark.
The haft is 16 inches with a through the haft blade from a model T in a celt shape, simple carved handle made from a really old hoe handle of super straight grained ash and a plain sheath. Throws really well. She loved her life which was the point.
Best regards
Robin
