Quick and dirty...........meaning the strip, polish, pics and most of all the knives. My lovelies are workin' girls and as much as I love my GW and Mistress (on loan to friends), these 2 + my EDC folder do it all for me.

Very nice!!!
You turned your DSSF into a "Shiny Monkey"!!

Thanks folks for all the compliments.

I strip them with a spray on stripper and polish them up with 3M wheels in a drill. Then sharpen them back up with an Edgepro Apex. I keep them cleaned up in between uses with the wheels, but don't put any lube on them. As much as I play with them, they don't seem to need it.

You got any pics of our setup for stripping? I'm going to strip my SJTAC and want it to come out nice! I've stripped a few knives before and was never happy with the results! Dimples are cool but brushed satin is better

Looks awesome (oh, that's your line). Quick & dirty my .....

Can't wait till mine needs a clean up !

I'm really warming up to the DSF, it's the perfect size to back up my Culti when I need some muscle.

I have had many different setups for stripping INFI, but this is current and the best for me so far.
I hang the blade from a bungee and handle it with nitrile gloves. The blade gets sprayed twice. First time it hangs for about 15 minutes and then is rinsed with water from the hose and lightly scrubbed with a stainless steel brush. Second it is dried and sprayed again for tough spots. Then it is taken to the drill with a more aggressive 3M wheel and then finished off with a fine one. I then sharpen/reprofile with the Edgepro Apex.
The DSSF was almost pristine without coating on it. It really was the easiest blade to strip so far. Here is a couple pics of what I use.

Thanks fella! Do you sand lengthways or widthways? (from spine to edge or pommel to point)
