Quick change collets for milling machine

Do any of you guys use a quick change collet setup on your mills? If so, what kind and what is your opinion on the setup?

I've never used one, never seen one in use....But I'll be ordering a mill shortly for home use and being able to jump between sizes quickly would be nice if they work worth a crap.

I like the ER collets, they can grip over a small size range so for example, you can use a 1/8 mill cutter or a 3mm mill cutter with the same collet.
