Quick damascus product research

Hey guys,

I'm working on finishing up my order backlog and will be squeezing out some more stock damascus soon. What sizes would you guys like to see?

I can do it, but it'll cost ya....How many bars would you like in that twist? I'll shoot you a price quote...


Seriously though folks, what size stock do you like to work with? It seems when I got 3/16" thick, everybody wants 1/8", when I go 1/8" everybody wants 3/16"...What do you want, in what lengths?

My thoughts for stock sizes are:

- 1 1/4" x 3/16" x 8-9"
- 1 1/2" x 3/16" x 10-12"
- 1 1/4" x 1/8" x 8-9"
- 1" x 1/8" x 4-8"

Would those be useful sizes for folks? I can do larger specialty sizes (I've been working a lot of 2" wide stock lately for example), but I'm more interested in finding out what are the most commonly used sizes among makers.
