200-300 range on price. Thinking 3" blade apporx. Something a business man can carry in a suit.

Roll on quick ideas??

Thanks
Alex

I'd put a little more cash on top and get him a Mnandi, or possibly a custom from Mike Alsdorf (pic below).

Is your dad someone who prefers traditionals, or modern folders? Does he want a locking knife? One-hand opening or two hands? These questions could narrow the field a lot.

Let's say:
More traditional but not a Barlow.
Locking:yes
One handed

Good questions.

Get him something different. Check out the Chris Reeve Ti-Lock. Very cool, sleek, stylish and different but also a very nice knife!

After I posted this I saw your price range. My apologies. In that range check out a ZT0450, ZT0808, Benchmade 484-1 or Benchmade 485! Just suggestions to think about!

William Henry Knives, some of their EDC knives should fit the bill. This was one of Matt's first knives in the series a T10-P Lancet.

Southern Grind Spider Monkey is very classy looking and is just a tad bigger at 3.25".
