quick hike today to take knife photos

that first photo is awesome, can't really pin point what it is but there is lots of it that makes it so, ummm, texturized:D

what is the deal with the snake being out in the winter?? that's just odd...

the WEST COAST of BC Canada, specifically, the LOWER MAINLAND. The only place in Canada where one can walk around in shorts and T's 365 days a year in the city and patio dine, then drive up to sub zero temps and tons of fresh snow to go skiing/boarding.

BC's climate is very unique, it rainges from dense lush rainforest, to glaciers, to desert, to alpine, to tundra and everything in between.

There is a reason i NEVER vacation outside of BC.

the RIchard Juryn trail in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, off Lilloet Road (Cap College area) north van.

hey come out for a hike with us sometime!

the initiation fee is BEER :D

Yeah, sure, I'd love to come out some time! I plan on hiking the North Coast Trail this year. Did the West Coast Trail last year.

I dig the pics as well, but I think the added sharpness you mentioned makes it a bit too "texturey" the trees in the background are blurred funny (think bokeh+sandpaper) and the moss on the stumps and stuff are too hard for me to look at. Could just be that I need to put some new contacts in, but it almost started making my eyes/noggin hurt. However, I dig the saturation and the Junglas!

Sorry to be a pain in the ass :o. Thanks for sharing, bud. Looks like a good time.
