God points Ken one thing I learned the hard way.. was not to be commited to a natural shelter style before arriving to the area..
there have been a few times when I have had a miserable night because I didn;t adapt my structure based on materials at hand.
and discomfort can be the greatest teacher.
the ability to adapt to your surroundings is probably the real goal of all potential bushcrafter or survival types.
