Thanks for sharing the story about the Busse team and I am terribly sorry about the loss of your wife. Sometimes being surrounded by "family" is the best medicine in whatever form that takes.

I am so very sorry for the loss. I can't even pretend to imagine what losing a wife would be like.
On a personal note, having just lost a family member, this community is above and beyond any other group of people that I have ever been associated with. I have had jobs where I had customers before, but each and every one of the people here are not customers to me. You guys are friends and family and the support that I have seen flow from this place is amazing. In a world that constantly has you wondering if there is any good left out there, I simply have to look here and I am reassured that there are good people left. If the whole world would take notes from our community here and we would have a wonderful world indeed.

The folks at Busse and the community here are quite remarkable. I'm sure I can't begin to imagine the chaos and bombardment they've withstood over the last year with phone calls, emails, changes, cancellations, wait lists, production and fufillment, etc... And they handle it all with such class, really amazing.
