Quick question about membership - Spark Please Read

Quick question on the memberships. I signed up for a Platnium membership on Monday, any idea how long membership sign ups are taking? Thanks in advance for any help.

If you paid by paypal it can take up to 72hrs for your membership to be manually activated.
If you paid by credit card using the automated system, it is automatically activated.
 
I used paypal and must have missed the 72hr window. Thanks for clearing it up Karda. :thumbup:
 
you still have to go into settings, group subscriptions, and select platinum.
 
Ok I am now on day 4 with no account activation, any advice? When checking for user group, I get a message stating that there is no user groups available for me to join. Any help is greatly appreciated.

click on your name and when you can see "private message" in the drop down under view profile, you have been updated but you need to go make the change in your settings.

I can see private message as a drop down menu now, but I was previously a gold member, so the old messages were there. However when clicking on settings-> paid subscriptions-> change user group, I get a message stating there are no groups for me to join.
