Quick question about shipping to Canuckland

Is it still shipping included, or do we now have to pay that international shipping fee?
 
Due to increasing costs for postage, Uncle Bill has started charging for shipping up north. It's usually about 15 bux. Ask him how much it is when you order stuff.
