Hey Mick,

I sent off an email to you today regarding the ETA for my knife. Steve sent me a response later <i>on the same day</i>. I was impressed that you guys got back to me so fast. Thank you.

I just wanted to confirm with <i>you</i> the expected date that Steve quoted me. Is my knife part of the batch he was referring to?

Just so that you know, this is in NO WAY leading up to a complaint. I knew very well that there was going to be a substantial wait when I placed my order. Thanks... And I hope I'm not being too much of a pain in the ass here.:D
