Hi Brendan, sorry it took me so long to respond, but I answered this in my Woodchuck pic" thread (finally!)

"Pala's give Aways" reduced price sale that is going on because of need for fast cash for HI to help move the factory to India.

They're (PGA'S) the deals that go up around 11am (EST) most days on the forum:)

Usually. Either way, Uncle Bill will describe the condition in the post that features the khukuri. He will say if there is anything wrong with it (which would make it a "blem", meaning it has a blemish on it--not 10/10 condition, or perfect.)

Don't feel bad for not knowing all the jargon we use around here--as others who have been here longer than I will tell you, I asked ALOT of questions when I first started hanging around here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly to me and I hope to continue that in my posts:)
