Quick release sheath for CQC-T

I love the American Tomahawk CQC-T. This is a great hawk but I would prefer a sheath that gives quicker access to this hawk than the sheath it comes with. Would anyone know of a sheath maker who could make a quick release sheath for the CQC-T hawk.
 
Survival sheath systems appears to have turned belly-up. I put in an order nearly 12 months ago and have heard nothing despite numerous emails to him. I am not the only one annoyed at his poor service and non refund of money. His site in these forums has been dead for quite some time. It is a pity. He used to be very good.
