If you have a spare BK18 style sheath, disassemble the belt loop and it’ll fit if you slightly bend it. Notice, you’ll still have access to the sheath’s safety…

You’ll need to dip into your collection of kydex hardware to find a nut that works with the BK18 bolt that will sit flush. Also, use aviation snips to cut off the handle retention strap (it isn’t long enough to reach across the Slabby handle and frankly, it isn’t needed). Cauterize the hole left from removing it…
