Quick survey, only 1 manufacturer? (more)

I would say Spyderco. They are my favorite production company, but if I could only buy knives from one manufacturer it would be Camillus because they have a greater variety.

How about...

MAYO KNIVES for folders...

HOSSOM KNIVES for knives that don't bend in the middle...

CRK is great, but if you are going to limit your choices, why not buy a real CUSTOM knife????  :p :p

production models?? i think benchmade, a large selection of models, priced reasnobly, excellent quality, the line includes some all time classic tactical knives imho (ie - AFCK, Stryker, 710, the bali's, 970 series virtually made emerson, and many others) a good knife imho, good factory warranty, cant go wrong with one imho....

spyderco is a very strong second (if second is the right term, spydie quality is world renowned) just more BM to select from

custom?? give me a crawford KFF, or one of the others ala point guard or falcon, etc - excellent knives w/out a long wait

emerson would be right up there but tooooo darned high $$ imho, $1500 or so, just not really worth it for a working knife imho, although i plan to get a CQC6 this year, go figure, huh, lol

Spyderco.

Why? My personal budget wouldn't allow for many Reeves or Microtechs, but I could afford more Spydercos and still have quality knives.

Also, that way I could own some kitchen knives!!!

Camillus.

Want a small slipjoint? Got em. Machete? Yep. Kitchen Cutlery? Got it covered.

How about designers? Anything by Darrel Ralph? How 'bout ol' Rob Simonofanich? Bob Terzuola maybe? Yep, yep and yep again.

There a good mix of materials to choose from? You tell me. From 420HC to Talonite, I think there's enough there.

The CUDA choices, the Becker lineup, all that traditional stuff to choose from.

They COULD get a prettier rep. to show up here tho. ;) :D ;)

I'd probably have to say Benchmade.

Reasons in no particular order:
1: Axis Lock
2: Auto's
3: Wide Variety
4: Colored Anodized Aluminum
5: Auto's
6: Great steel, and edges(Spyderco has them too)
7: BM 850 Pearl handles

Crap!

Oh dang man, this is hard... but I guess Camillus would have to win because Spyderco just doesn't offer enough of the kinds of fixed blades I think I could need in a "one-manufacturer" world.
