I have a victorinox Forresterm (the not one handed version) that I;ve been using for the past year or so.. I love it
I also have a OHT which I like as well

one of the things I love best about the forrester is the pronounced half stop on the main blade, The OHT does not have this.. are there any one handed vics that have a half stop? I know it would influence the fluidity of the action, but with practice could be overcome, I was just curious,
Thanks in advance.

No, there are none.
Only the two-handed models sport the "halfstop". Its a security feature to prevent premature closing on ones fingers.

If the one handed series had this feature, the risk of slipping from the opening hole and cutting oneself would be quite high...
(slipped once and cut my thumb pretty baldy...)
