Quickknife.com. Any experience?

I want to buy several itmes from www.quickknife.com, as they seem to be very cheap plus they have some items that others do not seem to have ( I am refering to the bit wrench and bits found with the Swisstool plus. I want to buy at as an extra to copliment my Swisstool RS-to-come.)But a fellow forumite here made a post with a rather bad experience. I want to know if others have any good experiences, good or bad. So, amy other stories good or bad here?

I have used them maybe 4 times in the last few months and have not had any problems at all. The orders took about a week from the online purchase to arrive.

I also saw the posts on here about them, and so ordered the cheapest of the bunch first. Had no problems, so kept on going.
