The first one were made with 60 thou but now I'm using the 80 for more "snap"

Do I win for using the least amount of Concealex in a sheath?

Mike, thanks for the pics. I'm still a little surprised that the knife doesn't want to fall out, because there isn't a big shelf holding it in vertically. Way cool! As for least material in a sheath, what are the dimensions? My LaGriffe sheath is about 2" square.
