I ordered the Nine and they sent me the wrong variant. No big deal, I sent it back and they even promised to replace it with a variant that was sold out when I ordered. They said it would be available at the end of February.

I saw it was briefly available on their site a few weeks ago, so I figured mine was on the way. I emailed them to ask if my knife was shipped and have had no answer for a week. I see others have received their knives they ordered when it was available, but I've gotten nothing.

I don't mind waiting, but just let me know it's on the way or you made a mistake. Anyone else had issues with QC?

EDIT: They finally contacted me and said the knife would ship soon :thumbsup:

Never heard of em but it looks pretty cool. Maybe someone else can answer the qc question.

Hope it gets resolved for you. I'll keep watching this to determine whether or not they'll receive any of my cash. Let us know how it works out. Always good for end users to know the business practices of the more "boutique" brands out there seeing as they always charge mid to high end prices with little to no due's paid in the knife game (at least imo).
 
I was able to score the black one I wanted. If you are interested in the used satin version I have let me know. I haven’t had any issues, it’s been smooth sailing. But I recommend a refund at this point. Seems they aren’t staying organized with your return.
