Money back on all this stuff if not happy. Seeing if anybody is interested in a box of quilted maple. All luthier grade quilted maple, thicknesses range from 1.5-2 inches thick and 5-7 inches square. This stuff is dry and takes dye and stabilization well. The picture shows just the burl cut with a bandsaw not sanded down and buffed so the figure will look even better once finished. Box is 75 bucks. I showed a picture of a set of scales dyed and stabilized to give you an idea.
I have quite a few jarrah burl blocks. Jarrah is a very dense burl from Australia. It is densely packed with eyes. The eyes often open up a little as it dries along with some small cracks. The blocks are dried for more than 10 years so they are ready to go stabilized or not. The wood is similar to redwood only much denser and tougher. Most are 1.5-2 thick and 5 inches long and 1 + thick. 10 bucks each or 7.50 each for 6 or more.
