Has anyone had any experience with Quintessential Cutlery? I found a knife on the website that I want and I have already sent payment for it. I didn't get a warm fuzzy talking to "Grayzna", I guess I hear to slow, as I found it hard to understand her accent. Didn't seem that friendly over the phone either. You can't order the knives from the website, you have to call and place your order. Maybe it's just me. Anyways was just curious if anyone has had any dealings with them.

Hi, you will have no problem with Ms Shaw. She is the widow of purveyor Gary Shaw, one of the top guys in the business.

She is Polish and that may make communication a little difficult but she will take care of you.

Tell her Win says "Hi".

I have purchased one knife and traded for another with Grayzna in the last 2 weeks. I couldn't of had a better experience. The knives were as described and were shipped promptly and packaged well.
She seems to enjoy what she's doing and knows her"stuff." Take a look at her site, she has a little bit if knife history on it.

Was just curious as this is the first time I've dealt with her. Thanks for all of the replies. Expect things should go smoothly.

Really nice lady and has some great knives. Met her at the Chicago Show and she is just a  top notch person:thumbup:. Like others have said give her a chance and you'll be back:D

Follow up. Grazyna Shaw contacted me by email and let me know that my knife was on it's way and should be here Wednesday.... It came today! Gorgeous knife, better in my hands than the photo on here website. Thanks for the replies and as I was a littler jittery in the beginning, she definitely came through and with flying colors! Check out her site as I'm sure she would appreciate the business and you will be a happy camper as I am.
