I posted earlier inquiring if anyone had done any business with Quintessential Cutlery because it was my first time dealing with them. Grazyna Shaw communicated with me via email and kept me updated on the status of my knife. I received the the knife today (two days early) and I must say this knife is even more beautiful in my hands than the photo on her website. I'm putting my 2¢ in now and will confirm (as per previous replies) that Grazyna Shaw and Quintessential Cutlery are excellent to do your knife business with.
