Quitting smoking...maybe?

Quitting was the single best thing I have ever done for my own health. Do it and you will be glad you did.

Day 3 was tough - I couldn't concentrate on work so I took a couple of walks. After that it got easier and easier.

Just remember two words and you will be OK:

CINNAMON ALTOIDS!

How are all you guys doing? The first couple of weeks are the hardest, after that it gets better.

Actually, its been really easy so far

Sure, I want a cig, but...I dunno I'm not gonna smoke it. This is how I quit...something else... a while back (which I'd been smoking longer but its not supposed to be physically addicting). I gotta watch myself, though, as I'm eating a shit load and I don't wanna...inflate...

Hell, today during break at class I went outside with the smokers like usual, to get some fresh air, stretch my legs... Sure I wanted a cig, but it didn't really bother me. IS THIS NORMAL???

It can be as normal as YOU allow it to be "mind over matter" hang in there! I guarantee it's WORTH it!:D
