*Quiz* Which religion is the right one for you?

I gave up on the damned quiz because the questions were so loaded.
Yeah, my Path of choice is apparently satanism  what a crock.
Wait....I'm getting a strong urge to don a black turtleneck and a camp looking pentagram medallion, Noooo, the urge to regard my fellow beings with imperious distain whilst spouting great chunks of Nietzsche without understanding its context :foot: . Help meeee.....

You scored as Christianity.

Your views are most similar to those of Christianity. Do more research on Christianity and possibly consider being baptized and accepting Jesus, if you aren't already Christian. Christianity is the second of the Abrahamic faiths; it follows Judaism and is followed by Islam. It differs in its belief of Jesus, as not a prophet nor historical figure, but as God in human form. The Holy Trinity is the concept that God takes three forms: the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost (sometimes called Holy Spirit). Jesus taught the idea of instead of seeking revenge, one should love his or her neighbors and enemies. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross to save humankind and forgive people's sins.

I scored Islam, Close I'm a Baha'i, but it looks like that wasn't a choice.

Christian. No surprise there. It did however surprise me that Buddhism was second. Neat quiz... Somewhat loaded. I'd give it a 3.5.

Some very bad questions in there that probably skewed the results but it got it somewhat correct.

I did notice that the quiz page spawned a popup ad window which didn't please me at all!

Since I am a practicing Christian (rather than a nominal one), no surprise here. It is an intersting quiz. As the results show, the test has relatively few questions that will differentiate between Christianity and Islam. To non-practitioners of either one, the differences may seem few and insignificant, the impact of them is huge in living the faith.

I will not even bother to take this test. I already know that I am nondualistic, with many Buddhist beliefs, and I basically believe in being kind to all animals (people included, of course.)

I treat people the way I would want them to treat me. It hurts me to see anyone else hurting, and I will do anything I can to help them. I wish I had the capacity to help everyone, but I also believe that God needs cruelty to understand kindness and goodness.

Trane, could you please explain why, i am a Tibetan Buddhist myself (Rimé), but was supprised that the fact that the absence of a specific branch of Buddhism made you so upset, all come from the same tree. It is not important wich vehicle you choose to reach enlightment, so why get upset?

Can you give me some more insight in the disruption of your "peace of mind"?

There should be a not-classifiable class too, I am not certain that I agree with the results as they are just because of that.

Some of the questions are skewed towards giving an inaccurate answer. Sort of like "did you quit beating your wife before you got religion?" If you don't have religion and never beat your wife, there is no answer you can give that is right. The only choice you have is to pick the middle.

I just took it again trying to leave out invalid questions-it wouldn't allow omissions, so I either gave the middle choice or strongly disagreed with the bogus questions. The result:

You scored as atheism.

You are... an atheist, though you probably already knew this. Also, you probably have several people praying daily for your soul. Instead of simply being "nonreligious," atheists strongly believe in the lack of existence of a higher being, or God.

The bogus thing here is that there should be zero % for satanism, hinduism, islam, judiasm and christianity. I would admit to some buddist, pagan and agnostic ideas, but the 100% atheism is correct. Since there cannot be more than 100% of anything, all the rest is bogus

There is no such thing as Charismatic Buddhism. It was a joke. :p :D ;)

atheist with satanic tendencies...spot on!

The religion that is right for me is the one that makes me right with God, i.e. Jesus Christ.

Not quite, religions have many overlapping defining qualities so the total does not have to add up to 100%.
