Quote up-arrow not working

Anybody else have non-functional up-arrows in quotes. I do, over multiple devices. By this I mean the upward pointing arrow after the member name in the quote header, actually a hyperlink to the quoted post. The problem started for me about a week or so ago.

At the top of the quote I have an upwards-pointing arrow next to you name. Up to a few weeks ago these arrows acted as hyperlinks to the post being quoted, but now tapping the arrow does nothing.
 
The problem only seems to occur when you left click the arrow whilst the original post and the quote of the OP are on the same page. If the original post is on a previous page, then the quote's arrow will jump right to it as it should.

Right clicking and opening the link in a new tab still works.
