Quoting bug?

I've seen a few instances where quoted text appears with capitalized words (every word within the quote). I know Cougar spotted this in another thread I read earlier today; I encountered another instance of it in this W'n'C post. (Please don't ban me for linking to W'n'C! :o)

Maybe it's a browser bug, but I thought I would post here and try to quote myself and see what happens.

I think that happens when the post itself is in all caps. The software changes that to capitalizing each word, and for some reason the quote gets changed too. Let's test that hypothesis.
