quoting images

If there is a thread that has multiple images, how do i just quote one picture? I cant seem to figure it out! also, I see people multi-quote a paragraph, but they took certain words from it. How do you do that?

To only quote part of a post, hit the quote button. That gives you the entire post, then delete what you don't need. (I sometimes quote the whole thing, then make the part I want focus on a different color to show what I am commenting about.)

I think you are talking about multiple pictures in a single post. Same process.

When you submit a 'quoted' reply to a message, all the info is already captured within the quote brackets. You need to edit and delete all but the URL and [ ] [/] brackets of the image you wish to show. Figure out the image order and save only the one that is pertinent.

Scroll down from your posting window to extract by cut and paste the text you wish to quote, line by line. Submit it through the quotes buttons on your posting panel.

Or open a second tab or window to get the quotes, if it is beyond the page you are on.
