This is your chance to acquire a piece of knife history - an early "Sticker" model fixed blade from iconic bladesmith Rudy Ruana.
The knife has an O.A.L. of 8 3/4", blade length of 4 1/4 ", elk horn scales, and integrated poured aluminum bolsters and includes the original, well worn sheath.
This knife has seen hard use (with much of the blade sharpened away, the elk horn well worn, bolster scatches, etc.) and abuse (it looks like it has had some bench grinder sharpening). However, it still takes and holds an excellent edge and makes a fine user. I have used this knife for many seasons to attend to all meat pole duties once game is back at camp.
Also included is the "Knives '93" digest with the feature article "We Called Him Mr. Ruana"
