This was made by a guy named Richard Stockford, who wrote a book called "The Knife You Make." That's about all I know about him!

It has beautiful curly maple scales, and has a well-designed handle with great ergonomics. Just an excellent, slicey fixed blade EDC. I used it a little bit, but sadly, it ended up in the drawer for months at a time. Time to move it along.

Detail photos show a small amount of... Something?... Under the maker's mark. I wouldn't call it pitting, and it's looked like this the entire ~6 months I've had it with zero changes to it. I have no concerns about it, but wanted to show it. It was hard to photograph, and it either didn't show up or was way exaggerated by the lighting. It's extremely minimal.

I think the steel is O-1, but I'm not 100%. Could be A2...? But it's not stainless. Thickness is 1/8".

Comes with two sheaths -- the original sheath (which is very dry, thin, hard leather... I never used it) and an almost-new sheath from a small BPS knife. This EDC knife fit perfectly in the BPS sheath, so I'm sending that along and you should use it.

One of a kind, beautiful, and extremely comfortable to hold and use.

$85 including shipping, via PayPal F&F.
