….. yep, part of my vaccination regime for Africa this year includes a three shot rabies vaccination… I had No2 of 3 last night, yep nausea and fatigue are listed side effects (I had had both – fatigue in the couple of days after so it is hitting me today)…. they didn’t warn me about sitting out in the yard with my Boy Dog howling at the full moon last night….or the injuries I sustained when I fell off the lounge while trying to scratch behind my ear with my “hind” leg… !!!!! And yes, there are other MUCH less socially acceptable urges….. ;) :D:D:D

One of my staff sent me a link to the news about the American girl killed this week in a lion park, my staff member commented that I needed to make sure I kept my windows up driving around, she was lost for words when I explained that ummmmm I will be mostly walking...... ;)
 
That sucks man ! Sorry you had to go through them I had them due to a possum bite...it sucked!
 
As long as don try to mount a b... I mean female dog in public you should manage mate... ;)

Did you tell the staff member that you'll have a rather large rifle 'just in case' :D

...large rifles are ok,but..... Some of those felines are awfully quick and sneaky. Don't miss the first shot cause there might not be enough time to work that bolt. :rolleyes:.... Just saying.

hunting mostly, a bit of sightseeing and some picture taking with a few days back in South Africa. Mozambique for most of the time.

..... yeah the Girl Dog just growled at me while the boy and I were out howling last night.... and yes I did mention to the staff that I have an extra special "walking stick" to get around with ... ;)
 
Girl killed in a lion park? Well you can't fix stupid. At least with a rifle you'll have more of a chance than you would otherwise. What's the target game?

.... Cape Buffalo, Croc, Warthog, Bush Pig, Kudu and then we will see how my wallet is holding up ... ;)
 
Excellent choices. Kudu and warthog were on my list before I got married. That's why I had my first 375 built. I should send one with you. That's probably the only way it would ever see the dark continent in the next 15 years.

..... yeah this will be a one off deal for me as well mate. a set of unusual circumstances all came together to make it possible, think of an overheard conversation while I was drinking Beam Black with my three best friends at 2am on the night of my 40th birthday.....
