I’m kinda confused, my order status says completed I haven’t seen that before it’s always been
awaiting fulfillment then awaiting shipment then shipped. have I just never noticed this?

If it were me, I'd contact them through their messaging on their website (or email). I haven't seen this. It COULD be that some issue came up with payment. Or address. It couldn't hurt. Especially if it has been that way a few days.

And I agree with the earlier poster.... this is one that I wish I had ordered multiples. Hopefully it comes back up into the store sometime in the future. This RAD is fantastic!
