They're doing wonderfully, thanks!!! As a matter of fact Penny's right here at my feet in case any grizzlies attack.
I can't post pics at the moment, but when I get my hardware fixed up I'll probably have to show some recent photos of the girls. They're aging gracefully.
Got "Ace" a Rat Terrier the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We haven't had a dog for several years and didn't realize we missed one so much. Ace has been a real joy and earlier this evening just got back from his second obedience class. He is doing very well!!!! Got the "Sit up pretty" down in half a dozen tries!!!!
He is doing excellent on a leash as well as his "sit-stay" commands. He's just starting to learn "down." versus "Off!!!!"
We have Rook (a Lab/Shar-pei mix), Guinevere & Timmorn (cats, grey Tabby and black & white) and Eve (a Ball Python). My Mom has Sarge (a Boston Terrier), Luna (a Lab/Aussie mix), Tabitha (grey Tabby, a smaller nicer version of Guinevere) and three Starlings (Sunny, Easter & Runt) she raised from hatchlings. Timmorn, Tabitha and the birds were all rescues. The house isn't pretty but it's full of love.
One is a rescue from the country, a fuzzy tan Benji-looking terrier breed or something named Ashley, 35lbs. Sable is a pit bull/corgi mix that is black. She only stands about 12 inches at the shoulder, but she weighs 45lbs and is one big muscle. I thinks she's really a black bear crossed with a pot-bellied pig. Got her from the humane society.
Clyde 'found' me 9 years ago & stuck around! He must like the free food and the nice soft bed. I believe he's a Dalmation/Pointer/? All-American mix. He's just one of many strays that have adopted me over the past 50+ years.
My picture shows me and my owner [as Pendentive says] Ashley, a female Keeshond. I also have a male Alaskan sled dog named Barry as in Barbary Ape, he who fears nothing. Great company they are.
