Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Here are a few of favorite things...

I guess there's just nothing like a good pile of steel to keep you company in your casket!:D

It looks like you're going to have a rather full casket! I feel sorry for your poor pallbearers  That is a great looking collection!

Stealth Axe? Ya like it?

The Winkler is very finely made. I do love it, however for its size, it was quite pricey. It was also much smaller than I thought it would be. Its also pretty heavy. I don't quite know where it fits into my imaginary combat scenarios so its found its way riding in my car as my breaching tool and possibly my road side regulator for angry drivers :)

Just to give you an idea of whats in this picture

Rattle Hawk, NMFBM, 1311, Mission Ti MP-U, Hinderer XM-18, Busse HACK, Tank Buster, INFI LE Scrapper 5, RMJ Shrike, Charlie May OSK, Buckmaster 184, Winkler Stealth Hawk, Killa Zilla 2, Busse AK, MBB-2

How would you compare the Shrike with the Rattlehawk? Nice collection of hard-use steel.

How do you like that MBB?? The MBB M-9 is really high on my future blade radar right now...I also would love to get a Winkler Striker here soon as well.
If only my Boss Jack and ASH-1 would be done soon:cool:

Both are great products.

The RMJ has a thicker head on it and the spike is a bit thicker as well. The RMJ is definitely a breaching tool but could also be used as a weapon, no questions asked. Its not a single piece of steel though like the Rattle Hawk. The RMJ tapers down a little bit and then has a semi hollow rubber handle. I guess this is for insulation purposes incase you are breaching through electric wiring. I haven't heard of it having any problems though as far as structural integrity with heavy use. Its a great hawk. I had it sent to Up Armored and they put a really badass coating on it.

The RattleHawk is a straight up killer. Everything is pretty much sharp on the RH. It has a bigger blade face that kind of curls around to the beard. The top of the head is tapered although not sharp. But tapered enough to stick into wood when thrown. The spike on the RH is thinner but unbelievably piercing and sharp. I don't know how the spike would hold up against hitting concrete or other metal because it is thinner. I haven't tried it out on anything like that. Neither are the greatest choppers though but could suffice if needed. There are axes with better geometry for splitting or chopping, IMHO. I primarily use the RH for home defense (haven't needed to use it yet) as it sits on a shelf near my bed. I couldn't think of a better weapon to have (except a firearm) if you needed to maim an intruder. But be forewarned, don't wake up in the middle of the night and reach for it in the dark. It will bite you from all sides. And I practice the most with the RH for throwing in my back yard (I posted a video once on BF of me throwing it). It sticks like crazy glue to wood when thrown.

The MBB is a hard use item. That thing is thick, heavy and sharp on all sides. I think they have some high quality products over there. Sometimes I go back and forth of which one (MBB or AK) I would take with my bug out bag and in the end it always comes down to weight. The AK is nearly half the weight of the MBB so it seems to be my sword of choice but that MBB-2 is straight up beautiful. Its well made and one thick solid piece of steel. Its one of my favorite pieces of my group of favorite pieces. Ive always wanted to compare a Busse Gladius with it head to head. If you want to go the route of MBB, you wont be disappointed. They are well made and built tough.

Thank you very much for that comparison C2C -- great assessment, very detailed observations and very helpful.

My Godkids will not allow that much fine steel to make it into my box....that said popular theory is that I will end up wrapped in plastic and jammed in a shallow unmarked hole in a national park somewhere.... ;) :D

Why splurge on plastic? :D

I think he is thinking like the old Busse hidden knives in the PVC tubes that are still out there :)

Great collection my friend

I wondered if anyone else was planning on keeping some INFI with them!
Already told the wife I'm taking this with me! :D

I only hope to be planted with a cheap suit; an American flag - and a good reputation. All of my warrior weapons will be passed on so that other's may continue the fight...Cheers.

Nice AK!!!

My custom DSF is comming with me when I go! The rest will be sold to buy a custom INFI casket:) im thinking satin and micarta hahaha
