Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Here are a few of favorite things...

.... apparently that is used to limit the forensic evidence I leave in the trunk of the car... ;)

From what I observe of you here, I think any who assume they can successfully manage you to that point will likely soon be contemplating the abyss themselves.

How appropriate that they should provide the plastic. ;)

The Winkler is very finely made. I do love it, however for its size, it was quite pricey. It was also much smaller than I thought it would be. Its also pretty heavy. I don't quite know where it fits into my imaginary combat scenarios so its found its way riding in my car as my breaching tool and possibly my road side regulator for angry drivers :)

I was up in the air with the Stealth or a mini version of the RnD...went with the RnD and as soon it came out of the box I thought "this is tiny." Back it went for a Shrike S13. I would love a larger version of the RnD but that is some serious $$$$$.

Great collection you have.

Who makes the Red?
I see a Mission.

Are you talking about the Charlie May OSK with red red G-10? I just got that two days ago. That is a well balanced knife. I went with the D2 over the SV30 super steel because I am terrible at sharpening and would never be able to get it razor sharp again. At least with D2 it will be easier to clean it up.

Yeah the larger RnD with the front spike is like $900. That little guy was 600$. Ouch. Part of me wanted to send it back but I always wanted to own a winkler. It's a pretty piece nutlike you said pretty small. Unless I am carrying it as a concealed weapon like the way you might carry a hidden knife on your body, I can't really see it's purpose but it does make for a compact breaching tool. Which is why I keep it by my car console. With both an RMJ and a RattleHawk (both priced at a fraction of the large RnD) I couldn't justify a $900 dollar hawk. But there are very nice looking hawks

That May is so nice, Cappy.
I like the Mission knife, also.
INFI rules, tho, imo.

Thanks man. I just got it a couple of days ago. Great balance. The mission ti is a great little partner to larger knives when I go back packing. I rotate it with my HACK. i also ring it when I do anything near salt water.

Nice collection there for sure.....

Hmmm, now where did I put my metal detector...
