For your consideration a knife, made especially for cutting. Blade steel is stainless 12C27, chemically closer to AEB-L . The blade finish is longitudinal satin. The handle has an incredibly beautiful stabilized maple burl. This knife has a colored cow leather sheath with wooden inlay.

Wow!! This beautiful knife just arrived and I wanted to say I am so very impressed with Jelio's craftsmanship. The wood is gorgeous and shaped perfectly. The transitions from bolster to handle has absolutely no flaws. The blade is razor sharp and has a sweet flat grind for slicing.
The sheath is also very very nice and compliments this knife.
