Awesome! Just go for it... the only thing I'd recommend would be to test the etching on some metal before you etch the blade. I had an old lock laying around that I tested it on. If it's working it should smoke and bubble. That's my 2 cents but I'm sure you can get a lot more details on the forum or youtube. Good luck and be sure to post some pics

I recently did the 9V battery etch and it's SO easy bro!! I'll never use chemical etchant again that's for sure.
 
Thanks Man I appreciate the words of confidence. I will get it done...eventually. I will shoot for this weekend and see if I can make it happen. I will be watching lots of videos in the stead. Thanks again. It just pains me to mar that expensive knife lol.

Ladams....you watch all those youtube vids on 9v etching that I did.... you'll be fine...easy peezy bro. I picked up 4 alligator clips at hardware store for $4
