(Plus I modified 5K Qs' post...)

Fellow forum members as you know our friend Bob Bendell, "BigBiscuit" passed away recently. 100% of the proceeds from this sale will go to Bob's account for his grandson Bo's college fund. Bob's daughter is currently administrating the account. The price listed is for shipping in continental USA. I will pay the PayPal G&S fees. Upon receipt of the funds I will transfer them directly to Bob's PayPal account using Friends and Family so that the family will receive the full sales price and not have any expenses.
Thanks in advance for helping our great friend Bob and his grandson Bo! :)

A couple of "rules":
1. Please state here in this thread "I will take it" and then follow up with a message to me for my PayPal info. Priority determined by time stamp in this thread.
2. Please make a timely payment or I will move to the next person in line.

glennbad generously originally sold this with the proceeds going to Bob. I think is worth more than what I bought if for, so I am asking more than what I paid for it. If this price is out of line, let me know and I will adjust it. I am asking now $Sold!

Glenn's original description: "[This knife] is one of my favorite mods I ever did. It started out as this ABL rigging knife…This knife is dated 1951. I believe it was issue for the Belgian Army. These type of knife weren't highly finished but were made to take abuse. I completely dis-assembled it, made some NS bolsters for it, and did some clean up on the blades and inner-workings. The covers are ivory micarta, with a nice shield. It's much nicer now, not perfect mind you, but a bit more flashy. It's a tank, I think if you had it in your pocket and fell in the water, you'd sink right to the bottom. I really hate to let it go, but this is as good a reason as I can think of...."

This is a very solid and stiff knife. It loosened up a little from me opening and closing it, but it still has very strong pull on all of the blades/spike/opener. I have not carried this, but I have kept it on my computer desk ever since I received it in October 2016. (My only regrets are that I never got around to putting on a worthy lanyard, never got decent pictures myself and never got pictures of it alongside my mint Buck 315 Yachtsman.)

These are a combination of Glenn's pictures and mine:

I almost bought this one the first time around. When you say very strong pull, do you mean flat out nail breaker?

The spike's pull is strong but about right for a spike. You can open the opener part way and then grasp to open. The rope blade is close to a nail breaker but not as bad as the GEC 77 Washington Harness Jack punch, if you are familiar with that knife.
