So I got a Rajah2 because the local Mom and Pop shop got one in. Its a new model with CTS BD1 steel and the stonewashed finish. First of all this thing is f*%$ing huge. Absolute monster.
It dwarfs my hands.
Now on to the fun stuff. I knocked out the factory edge with an Atoma 140, the edge angle was actually an even 15dps on both sides, a rarity for cold steel.
I could have left it there. It was already throwing hairs once the burr was removed. But as always it could go just a little bit finer so onto the shaptons, from the 220 all the way through to the 30k. Then onto a Nanocloth Strop with some Poly Diamond. Heres the end result.
You can see a tupperware in the backround with a pile of Jnats in it.
