I have spent almost 4 months trying to get a replacement 5" kukri (the first was damaged in several ways) from this company.
My first unheeded clue was ordering through Etsy. I finally gave up and am currently trying to get a full refund.
Etsy's support is borderline impossible to deal with.

Legitimate makers of all sorts of items have been fleeing Etsy since they started allowing people to sell products they haven't made themselves. Since then they have added more fees, return policies that punish the sellers, and the last straw was when they started holding up a huge chunk of the purchasing funds for a month or more as some sort of "reserve." Small, legitimate businesses can't survive having 50% of their income tied up for that long. It is far better to deal with a vendor directly whenever possible, because Etsy customer service on both sides of the sale is known to be unresponsive and unpredictable. If there is a resolution to your problem, it may be even more months in arriving.

If you want a Khukuri from a reputable company that will actually respond to you, then bladeforums has 2 good options: Kailash Blades, who does their own work in house and sells from their own website; or Himalayan Imports, who import blades from a number of Kamis in Nepal. I haven't ordered from Kailash yet, but I have read good reviews by forumites and I wouldn't be afraid to try them out. I have several blades from HI, both directly and through the secondary market, and I have been very happy with them.

I have bought 3 Kukuris from Himalayan Imports. High quality, no issues, no problems. Sorry to hear about your problem. Good luck!
