Ralph Turnbull Damascus Fixed Blade (SOLD)

For sale is this Ralph Turnbull hunter/utility. Ralph has been making fine knives for a long time and his expertise really shows up in this gem. The contrasty damascus blade is 5.5" to the bolster. OAL is 10.5" The handle is tiger maple. Very comfortable in the hand. The bolster is SS with a filed brass insert. It has one brass pin. The leather belt sheath was made by Mr. Turnbull and suits the knife beautifully. The knife is in excellent condition. Never used, carried or sharpened. SOLD

I'm not familiar with Mr. Turnbull's work, does he make his own damascus?

I believe Daryl Meier made the damascus on the knife. Ralph Turnbull is known mostly for his high end folders.
