And yes, I would absolutely buy the Ram from china given good steel and construction. Thanks so much Thomas and Kershaw!

China Ram, would consider it, but probably not.

Thank you for the contest Thomas!

Jimmy Johnson by 0.035, thats close !

No, I would not. :(
Unless the quality is as good or better than my current RAM.
And I dont like the idea that it's not made in Oregon, USA.

Btw what are the specs on this new RAM ???

Edit: As others have posted below I would rather pay a little more for a RAM III made in the USA.

I would buy a ram made in china, but would happily pay $10-15$ more for a us made.

Yes if the price is right I would try a made in China RAM. Probably not for $30 though. I did buy a Buck Mayo made in China for about $20 shipped and a Byrd Cara Cara G10 for about $23 shipped. Both are nice but hard for me to carry because of 5 little letters on the blade. I am sure that Kershaw will make a nice knife in China but I would rather help the US workers all I can. I am always willing to pay way more for MADE IN THE USA.:D

Having been branded and labeled as I am, I guess no one would believe me if I said I would consider buying a RAM made in China, so I'll just say that I wouldn't.

I know nothing about racing.... but it's worth a try!

I also know nothing about knives, but I'm sure I'd give the China RAM a shot.

Thanks!

As far as a chinese made Kershaw, sure given that the steel was at least comparable to 12C27.
