Ok Guys,

Pretty new to Blade Forums so I do not have my profile all personalized yet. Not new to knive.
Ok, I want to say I am not bashing, no negative here, just a question and some advice.

I recently bought a couple of Chaves American Made Redencion 228 knives. I really love the knives. I had an issue with one of them and I tried to reach out to Ramon to discuss. I went to his website and filled out his online message form. He did not have any other means of contact. I have emailed him several times and he has not reached back out to me. His warranty description on his site sounds very good and supportive of the end user.

I initially thought he was very busy with production since I see many of his 228s hit BladeHQ and Knifecenter. I wanted to try and reach out to him personally as long as possible but at this point I am not sure what is going on. Even if he is buried in work, I would have thought he would have reached out to me since it has been almost a month.

Does anyone have any experience with Ramon and how did you successfully make contact with him.

Try his facebook account and Instagram account. I have had very good luck through those two sources, he will definitely take care of you.
