I found this leg bone on a friend's farm which might be from a sheep or goat, it seems to have laid in the woods for over a year and has a few cracks but the cavity is filled with steel and epoxy so it's not going to come apart, I think this adds to the character of the handle. If anyone is cautious about this knife, it is guaranteed for life.

Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60
Flat grind with forged texture on the flats
Bone handle with Micarta and brass fixtures
Overall length: 7 3/4 inches
Blade: 3 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

I've been resisting adding any more fixed blades to what I already have but had I seen this sooner it would be on the way to my doorstep. :)
Really fine work incorporating that bone into a work of art and function, sir. 👍
Congrats to the one who snagged it.

Ya. This knife is a beautiful piece. Well done and congrats to the new owner.
