Having added 5 new knives to my stable, the Randall #11 is still the king of cutting. It's not the edge , I am quit good at putting a hair popping edge on any knife. It has to be the geometry of the blade, it is absolutely uncanny the way it glides thru wood .Does any one else have a favorite blade that cuts like the dickens?
