Randall Knives Belt Buckle by Joe Knutts???

I recently saw a Randall Knives belt buckle made by a gentleman name JOe Knutts.

Does anyone know anything about these buckles, and if they are still being made/know how to get in touch with this gentleman?

Sullivan's Holster Shop who makes all the Randall sheaths also puts out 2 different Randall buckles every year. They only sell that year's model for that year. They also have Randall hats and pins.
