Correct and would be packed well but requires a customs form is subject to customs inspections and tracking is only available to last US based postal facility. If I can't track it and get Return Receipt of signature, I can't accept responsibility for it.

Edit to add: Insurance stops when the package leaves the US or is turned over to the the APO contractor so I cannot accept responsibility for this after it ships.

That's actually incorrect, but I'll drop it at this point. I'm not here to offend, I just wanted to buy the knife. Thanks anyhow.
